 After such great success with the "Fold" bootie, we'd be fools not to carry the shoe that launched the United Nude collection. The Möbius heel is inspired by the 1929 Barcelona chair of Mies Van Der Rohe. The concept takes the frame of the chair with a single Möbius band forming the sole, heel, foot-bed and upper of the shoe. It has since become an icon of the design world. The Möbius Hi has a 3.5"(9 cm) heel.
Dutch architect & designer Rem D. Koolhaas is the co-founder of United Nude. Launching in 2003, each style is a reinterpretation of an architectural object or design concept. The collection is known for playing with new materials like hand molded carbon fiber, PVC, elastic and rubber.
