   
An exquisitely soft, lightweight indigo chambray with thin, double-stitched white horizontal stripes. This shirt is so comfortable and satisfying to wear; you’ll never want to take it off. While it’s easy to sport this with chinos, the slightly washed-out color makes it a great match for denim as well. We especially like the horizontal stripes; why stick with the usual when you it be just the right amount of unique?
Each piece has been prewashed for softness and to eliminate shrinkage. Please note the exact measurements by size posted below, as Gitman Vintage shirt dimensions can vary from shirt to shirt.
About Gitman Vintage
Gitman Vintage is an American heritage sport-shirt and neckwear line that pays tribute to its past, but with a distinct difference. While continuing to honor the importance of a finely crafted button-down oxford and the indispensable pinpoint, the design team at Gitman dusted off old line books to curate an authentic interpretation of the past by selectively appropriating their favorite fabrics and having them remade (Spring/Summer 2010, for example, is recreated from Spring/Summer 1984). The line also recreates le mode retro details, including original double-track stitching, chalk buttons, locker-loops, box-pleats and is reissued with the original "Gitman Bros. Est 1978" label. Each piece is crafted in Ashland, Pennsylvania.
Measurements
Note: All measurements are shown in inches. "Chest" is measured from the seam under one armpit to the other. "Sleeves" is measured from the shoulder seam. With the collar laid flat, "Collar" is measured from the center of the buttonhole to where the collar button is attached. "Shoulder" is measured from the top of one shoulder seam to the other. "Length" is measured from the base of the collar (where it attaches to the shirt) to the bottom of the tail.
