Our standard slim-fit shirt with a slim point-collar, made up in an eye-catching and assertive Japanese jacquard. The shirt's bold, widely spaced vertical stripes are a soft-toned range of red, blue and cream lines all laid over a solid oatmeal background. This shirt is begging to be worn with cuffed shorts, penny loafers, and a beach towel beneath it.
Its slim cut flatters the body without being too tight. A mid-length tail looks good tucked or un-tucked. Its 100% Pima cotton fabrication is soft and comfortable - and will ensure a long and happy life for your garment. This shirt's barrel cuffs close with a single button.
Point Collar & Chest Pocket
Our slim point collar has substantial height and removable collar stays. Sturdy fusable fabric inside the collar maintains its shape through repeated wash and wear. A left chest pocket is perfectly matched to the shirt body.
Slim Fit
Epaulet shirts are cut slim throughout the body and sleeves. A box pleat at the upper back allows you to move your arms without pulling, and two darts in the lower back keep the shirt close to your torso. The length is shorter than your average dress shirt, allowing it to be worn un-tucked and casually while still looking sharp.
Measurements
Note: All measurements are shown in inches. "Sleeves from Back" is measured from the center of the upper back. "Sleeves from Shoulder" is measured from the shoulder seam. "Length" is measured from the base of the collar (where it attaches to the shirt) to the bottom of the tail.
Fabric Composition
100% cotton jaquard has a robust thick weave, while still permitting excellent ventilation. Very similar to oxford cloth, the fabric, which is woven on a jaquard loom, is remarkable for its durability and toughness. It can stand up to hard wear, be worn in a wide range of climates and temperatures, and remain vibrant after repeated washing and wearing. You will be equally satisfied wearing this fabric in fall as you are in summer.
